KIDSFIRST Camp

A fun camp for kids with ADHD or Anxiety

The theme for the camp is Supporting Superheroes in the Sunshine! Your child will explore their strengths, learn tools to improve focus, and reduce stress – all while having fun in a safe supportive environment.

Children will make their own superhero capes, explore mindfulness techniques, do yoga, and explore other ways to stay ‘grounded’. Parent education will be included to support families as they continue to help their children use the beneficial tools learned in camp. Camp size will be small, limited to 15 participants.

Laura Crisp, program director, is an Educational Psychologist devoted to helping families in Knoxville with children with ADHD, Asperger’s, and learning disabilities, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia (reading, writing, and math disorders).
