Moms, TREAT YOURSELF to a weekend of YOU. TAKE A MOMENT and learn to reconnect with yourself. PRACTICE trusting your intuition and celebrating your breath. You will learn to relax your conscious self and awaken your creative unconscious. Aligning your mind, heart, and body will give you a renewed sense of support as you restore YOU.

RESTORE ME is a Weekend Women’s Retreat focusing on CREATIVE SELF-CARE. This practice uses a combination of MINDFUL meditations with ART and journal prompts directed at self-expression and intuitive reflection.

For your weekend we invite you to:

*Relax with a 2 night stay in quaint shared yurts nestled in the mountains
*Enjoy 5 delicious ayurvedic meals prepared by a local chef in a gorgeous outdoor dining room
*Create art that is focused on self-discovery and expression (no art experience required)
*Explore the serenity of The Great Smoky Mountains with both guided and self-guided mindful walks
*Sit around a cozy fire circle (weather permitting)
*Feel your heartbeat with the expressive movement of Buti Yoga
*Share in safe facilitated Women’s Circles
*Reflect and journal during scheduled personal time (or take a nap)
*Restore yourself with a variety of guided Mindful Meditations
*Breath

*please bring a sketchbook or journal and water bottle
