Back to School for the Kids, Means Back to Barre for YOU!

We all know how crazy summer can be — you work out like crazy after the new year for that ‘bikini bod’…(thank goodness one-pieces are trendy again…amiright?!) only to fall completely off your routine in the summer. It happens to almost all of us, but do not fear, NEIGHBORHOOD barre is here!

Neighborhood Barre
That’s right; it’s time to get back to the barre, or try it if you never have, especially now that they have a NEW convenient location on Parkside Drive in Farragut! They offer awesome class and childcare times for moms (free childcare during the 9:30am and 4:30pm classes), not to mention their workout is totally tailored for a woman’s body, safe for pre-/post-natal times, and actually WORKS.

Even better? They are offering a special just for our readers: $20 off your first month unlimited, which is already discounted for new clients. That means that instead of paying $100, you get a whole month of unlimited classes for only $80. We know — it’s not the cheapest way to burn off that fruit pouch you ate as you drove your kids from school to soccer practice (it happens to the best of us #momlife), but trust us — we’ve tried everything, and NEIGHBORHOOD barre is truly one of the fastest and most effective ways to change your body. You will notice a difference in as few as 10 sessions, especially if you have had kids! You will tighten and tone everything through your midsection, thighs, and arms.

Purchase your New Client Month here with promo code KNOXMOM80

BONUS: they also have special pricing for new and expecting moms!!

Want to try it before you actually go to the studio? Take advantage of this free downloadable upper body workout! You don’t need a barre, and it will give you an idea of what to expect in the first segment of class! Use code KNOXMOM to purchase: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/12minuteupperbodytoner

Over 20 years ago, I moved to Knoxville and fell in love with the city that has now truly become my home. Shortly after moving here, I married my college sweetheart, and when not working we set out to travel as much as we could. After working as a financial manager for six years, I welcomed my first son in 2010 and began a journey as a stay-at-home mom. Two years later we added another baby boy to make us a family of four. In June 2016, we welcomed our third son. I founded Knoxville Moms in November 2013 which began my career as a work-from-home mom, and it grew to the expansion of Chattanooga Moms in March 2016. We welcomed our first girl in November 2017 making us a family of six and adding a little pink in our house. In June 2021, I became the co-owner of the Atlanta Mom website, and in March 2022 I became the owner of the Nashville Moms parenting website. When I'm not carpooling the kids to sports and activities, you can find me enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a good book, and dreaming about my toes in the sand. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy connecting the moms of Knoxville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Nashville.
