It’s A Whole Thing

After planning my son’s first birthday party in April of 2011, friends and family began suggesting I plan parties and events for the general public. At first I declined, but the more and more I helped other people with their events, the more and more I thought they were right. After a recent party and a conversation with two good friends, It’s A Whole Thing was born.

(Shout out to the fabulous Jen Hatmaker for the phrase “It’s a whole thing.”)

Planning events, parties, showers, and coordinating the guests, decor, food, etc. from everything to kids’ birthday parties to weddings and bridal showers gives me such joy. I have recently gotten more into home decor, seasonal decor, and photo shoot dressing as well, and am more than happy to style your space using your ideas for any occasion.

The steps leading up to the first design concept meeting to event clean up and tear down is such a whole thing; let me take it over for you.
