3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt {Recap}

It’s hard to believe that Knoxville Moms Blog has now hosted THREE Easter Egg Hunts, and this year’s was bigger and better than ever!

Easter Event

We held the 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt at our favorite place—The Muse Knoxville. We love their outdoor playground and all their science and learning features offered inside The Muse. {Be sure to check out their Summer Camps as they fill up fast!}

Although the rain threatened to rain on our parade, the weather held out, and we were able to watch almost 300 kids run to find all the eggs!

Easter Event 2

Before and after the hunts, the children enjoyed activities and snacks from our fabulous sponsors Costco, Chick-Fil-A, The Goddard School of Farragut, The Campbell Cunningham Laser Center, Happy Family, Fresh Wave, Dobbs Orthodontics, Whole Foods, The Behavioral Medicine Institute, Children’s Dentistry of Knoxville, The Bug Soother, Berean Christian School, and The Home Depot.

Easter Event 3

The tooth fairy and a few cows even made an appearance at the event!

After all the 4,000 eggs were tucked away in the Easter baskets, the children enjoyed more fun inside The Muse at all the fun exhibits.

Easter Event 4

We want to thank all our sponsors for making this an amazing event and to Brianna Leigh Photography for capturing all the fun! We hope to see you next year at our 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt which has been scheduled for April 2nd, 2017!

Over 20 years ago, I moved to Knoxville and fell in love with the city that has now truly become my home. Shortly after moving here, I married my college sweetheart, and when not working we set out to travel as much as we could. After working as a financial manager for six years, I welcomed my first son in 2010 and began a journey as a stay-at-home mom. Two years later we added another baby boy to make us a family of four. In June 2016, we welcomed our third son. I founded Knoxville Moms in November 2013 which began my career as a work-from-home mom, and it grew to the expansion of Chattanooga Moms in March 2016. We welcomed our first girl in November 2017 making us a family of six and adding a little pink in our house. In June 2021, I became the co-owner of the Atlanta Mom website, and in March 2022 I became the owner of the Nashville Moms parenting website. When I'm not carpooling the kids to sports and activities, you can find me enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a good book, and dreaming about my toes in the sand. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy connecting the moms of Knoxville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Nashville.
